Overview
Within the planning horizon, you need to adjust company-specific figures based on the consolidated inventory consumption plan and then apply them.
All estimates and assumptions of potential impacts of these adjustments are recorded in the calculation and filling rules specified in the plan profile. They represent a list of relevant product categories and item filters.
In the document, you need to indicate M&A activities, running or upcoming business activities, events, and/or projects considered in these adjustments.
As a result of the process, the inventory consumption plan is adjusted to business specifics, and reasons are recorded.
