Overview
After the system inventory data is determined in the count sheets, organizational and preparatory measures must be performed.
First of all, the person responsible for carrying out the count jobs and maintaining the captured quantity data into the sheets is indicated.
In practice, control storage bins are additionally determined for the temporary storage of identified surplus goods and damaged goods.
Before the count process is started, the counting storage bins, mentioned in the count sheet, are blocked.
All items and quantities corresponding to system records, as well as empty cells for entering actual data, are printed on paper. The enterprise itself determines whether it is allowed to display quantities in count sheets according to material accounting records.
As a result of the process, everything is ready for physical inventory count.
