Overview
Here you will learn how to transfer information from revised purchase plans to the baseline scenario related to supply master plans. The information is also validated for the entire company.
The purchasing and procurement departments responsible for executing the plan are informed about the planned purchasing capacity and substantial changes in purchasing activities (for example, finding new supply sources).
Once the process is complete, the purchase plan is released, made available for use in operating management (to generate purchase orders and so on), and distributed to interested parties.
