Overview
It is important to estimate repair/corrective maintenance requests to determine whether corrective maintenance is actually required.
The requests are evaluated by the maintenance approver who decides whether to approve or reject them.
Once the request is approved, planning of required action fulfillment is started.
It is also important to define whether it is necessary to convert a request into a repair and maintenance order. After the request approval, a repair and maintenance order is created.
As a result of the process, repair/corrective maintenance is evaluated and approved, and a repair and maintenance order is created.
