Overview
Once the production order is released, the production preparation process begins with activities required to start manufacturing.
Within the process, documents with information about materials, finished products, manufacturing process, and various operations are printed and handed over to the shop floor team (workers and foremen) for execution.
After the production order is released, the supply of materials required for production also begins.
As a result of the process, the manufacturing process can be started.

How to print shop floor papers
1. Go to Manufacturing and click Stage dispatching under Production scheduling and controlling.
2. Set the filter to Ready to start.
3. Select stages, click Print, and select Shop floor papers to print them.
4. Select the check boxes for printing and print the documents.
5. Hand over the documents to workers and foremen.
How to initiate production supply
1. Go to Manufacturing and click Stage dispatching under Production scheduling and controlling.
2. Select stages, click Actions, and select Mark as started.
3. The system will automatically set the status of the selected stages to Started.
4. Select stages, click Actions, and select Ship.
5. The system will automatically set the action of the selected stages to Ship for the materials and works specified in the Supply tab.
