Overview

When the CAPEX project is completed or an asset is received from the vendor, the company needs to create a new record in the asset catalog.

Asset data is filled based on the respective technical documentation, the asset certificate, and internal resolutions.

As a result of the process, the record in the asset catalog is created, and an asset number and maintenance class are identified correctly.

How to specify a maintenance scheme

1. Go to Assets management and then click Assets under Fixed assets.

2. Сreate a new asset.

3. In the Asset item, click the Main tab.

4. In the Description and Full name fields, enter the asset name.

5. Select a Maintenance scheme of the asset.

6. Set the Under development status.

7. In the Date of last edit field, enter the current date.

8. Click Save and close.

How to specify an asset number

1. In the Asset item, click the Main tab.

2. Fill the Inv. No. field or click  to fill it automatically.

3. In the Date of last edit field, enter the current date.

4. Click Save and close.

How to fill in asset certificate information

1. In the Asset item, click the Main tab.

2. Fill the Certificate details section:

  • Manufacturer
  • Model
  • Identification number
  • Release (construction) date
  • Serial number
  • Certificate number

3. In the Date of last edit field, enter the current date.

4. Click Save and close.

How to specify business units

1. In the Asset item, click the Main tab.

2. Specify a Business unit that is responsible for repair and maintenance.

3. Specify a Business unit where the asset will operate.

4. In the Date of last edit field, enter the current date.

5. Click Save and close.

How to specify production work centers

1. In the Asset item, click the Work centers tab.

2. Add a new line and select a Work center related to the Asset.

3. Set the In operation status.

4. In the Date of last edit field, enter the current date.

5. Click Save and close.
