How to review repair & maintenance orders
1. Go to Assets management and click R&M orders under Repair and maintenance.
2. Select Started in the Status field.
3. Open the required R&M order.
4. Go through all tabs and review information.
5. Check if further follow-up or closure is required.
How to close repair & maintenance orders
1. Go to Assets management and click R&M orders under Repair and maintenance.
2. Select Started in the Status field.
3. Select the R&M order and click Actions → Set status → Closed.

How to generate report on actual figures
1. Go to Assets management → Fixed and intangible assets reports and click R&M progress under Repair and maintenance.
2. Set necessary filters and click Generate.
3. Review actual figures in the Actual values column.
