Overview

For each purchasing requirement, vendor and terms of purchase are assigned here.

To be more precise, each line containing a purchasing requirement is analyzed and filled in with relevant information about the vendor and terms of purchase. The information comes from supply scheme settings and also contains data on past planning and actual purchase performance.

Each line with a purchasing requirement can require more than one vendor or more than one sales term.

Missing information is identified, and master data is maintained.

Once the process is complete, purchasing requirements are filled in with vendors and terms of purchase.
