Overview

Here you will learn how to decompose demand data using supply schemes and add detailed requirements for production planning.

The expected changes in business are accompanied by the addition of new master data, such as new product items, new supply schemes, etc. Master data for planning purposes must be updated at the first step of the planning process.

In the first planning cycle, the demand data is broken down based on item supply settings for each warehouse. In the second planning cycle, the data will be changed manually according to the feedback from the master planning.

Additional product-specific requirements need to be specified to facilitate planning. Besides, this helps you understand the production process and production capacity requirements.

As a result of the process, production requirements are defined and forwarded to production planning.
