Overview

Once you've received confirmation of a successful delivery, register it in the system and complete the itinerary.

First, you need to mark the delivered goods. Often in real practice, it is not always possible to deliver or pick up cargo. In such cases, it is important to keep records of delivered and undelivered goods.

The document is then closed and the exact dates, times, route points, and other information are recorded in the document.

As a result of the process, the itinerary is completed.

How to mark delivered goods

1. Go to Warehouse and delivery, then click Itineraries under Delivery management.

2. Select the From our warehouse or To our warehouse option, select a Warehouse, select the In-house carrier option.

3. Click the Itineraries tab.

4. Open the Itinerary with the Shipped status, click the Route tab.

5. Select the items actually delivered.

How to complete itinerary

1. In the Itinerary document, click the Main tab.

2. Set the Delivered status.

3. Enter the actual Trip end date and time.

4. Post the document.
