Overview

Repair and maintenance works must be carried out as specified in the repair and maintenance order, its time and tasks must be recorded.
The maintenance technician follows instructions, conducts the planned repair and maintenance activities, and documents work done.
As a result of the process, repair and maintenance works are performed.

How to perform repair and maintenance works
1. Receive the resources requested under the order.
2. Perform R&M works defined in the R&M order.
3. Engage external subcontractors for performing the work.
4. Use resources.

How to record repair and maintenance works performed
1. Go to Assets management and then click R&M orders under Repair and maintenance.
2. Open the required R&M order and click the Comment tab.
3. Record special notes related to the actual work performed.
4. Click the More tab.
5. Fill actual end dates and time in the Actually performed to field.
