Overview

The scenario manages processes of goods transfer directly from the production site to the warehouse.

It starts with moving the products from the production site and ends with stocking them in the warehouse site.

The scenario has some features when turning into the P2M Inbound logistics scenario (applied mostly for shipment to vendors). Finished or intermediate products do not require expensive packaging and unloading from a vehicle.

In some cases, it requires more complex processes to be included. For example, put-away. The scenario can be easily combined with other logistic and production scenarios, depending on enterprise-specific practices for logistics of manufactured products.
