This process involves assigning resources required to perform asset maintenance.

It is necessary to determine the resources needed for specific maintenance activities and the required timing.

As a result of the process, resources are assigned to R&M orders.

How to assign materials and services to R&M orders

1. Go to Assets management and then click R&M orders under Repair and maintenance.

2. Open the appropriate R&M order document.

3. In the R&M order document, click the Materials and work tab.

4. Click Fill →Pick by RM works.

5. Review the items and quantity recommended by R&M works, select the check boxes of relevant items, enter the Quantity in order and click Add to document.

6. Select the Warehouse column for the material items.

7. Select the Separately check box for the work items if it is required.

8. Fill To supply in the Actions column.

9. Fill the R&M column.

How to assign labor activities to R&M orders

1. In the R&M order document, click the Labor costs tab.

2. Click Fill → Fill in by RM activities.

3. Review the Activity kind and Quantity (standard) recommended by R&M activities.

4. Fill the Work team column.

5. Fill the R&M column.

6. Post the document.
