Overview
A sales person has received information on the requested service from the customer. The communication took place by different channels: phone, email, mail, via a self-service portal, and through interfaces with external systems.
Firstly, a sales person records information about customer, customer's legal entity, shipping company, and shipping warehouse.
Then, the service items, the quantity, and the required delivery date, are specified in table form of the sales order.
As a result, all relevant information on the requested service and customer requirements are recorded for further consideration.
