How to review forecasts and actual sales under contract
1. Go to Budgeting and planning → Budgeting and planning reports and then click Sales forecast fulfillment by business units under Sales and operations plans.
2. Click → Sales forecast fulfillment by customers.
3. Analyze:
- Quantity under contract (the Plan column)
- Quantity actually fulfilled to date (the Actual column)
- Quantity of orders placed (the Orders to ship column)
- Fulfillment progress (the Plan fulfillment % column)

Make these settings to add Terms of sales analytics to the report:
4. Click Settings.
5. In the Report settings form, select the Advanced mode.
6. Click the Structure tab.
7. On the Structure tab, select the report root and click Customize nested reports.
8. On the Structure tab, click the By customers line.
9. Click the Filters tab.
10. In the left window of the tab expand the Sales forecast option and double-click Terms of sales.
11. In the right window of the tab select the Terms of sales check box.
12. Right-click the item, select the User-defined settings item properties and select Include in custom settings check box in the opened form.
13. Apply the settings.
14. Set the Period, Terms of sales, and Scenario filters, and then click Generate.
