Overview
The goods are delivered to the customer are ready for invoicing.
Usually, the invoice is created based on a goods shipping data.
Another source of data for populating invoices is all sales order items.
Once the invoice document is posted, open items must be carefully reviewed, then must be provided to the customer.
As a result, an invoice is issued and sent to the customer.

How to issue customer invoices for all goods ordered
1. Go to Sales, then click Issue invoices under Sales management.
2. In the Issue invoices workplace, select the reference document, then click the Register by orders.
3. In the Created documents form, check document list created.
Note
The system will automatically create a Customer invoice document. Items, quantities, and prices will be filled in accordance with sales order.
How to issue customer invoices for new shipments only
1. In the Issue invoices workplace, select the reference document, then click the Fulfillment status.
2. In the Fulfillment status report, check Goods issue state, then check Invoicing state.
3. In the Issue invoices workplace, select reference documents, then click Register by shipment.
4. In the Created documents form, check document list created.
Note
The system will automatically create a Customer invoice document and fill it with:
- Items and quantities in accordance with goods issue notes.
- Prices and other information in accordance with the sales order.
How to check open AR/AP items
1. In the Created documents form, open the Customer invoice.
2. Click Reports → Customer AR/AP breakdown.
3. Find the relevant AR/AP object, then check the Customer invoice figures.
How to give invoices to customers
1. In the Customer invoice, click Print → Sales invoice.
2. In the print form, click Print, or Save, then send the invoice to the customer.
