Overview
Creating project plans allows planning internal activities within Customer Relationship Management, such as, complaint processing, sales opportunity management, marketing activities management.
The project plan consists of activities that have a hierarchical Work Breakdown Structure. This structure shows the project steps and their sequence. Scheduling each activity requires assigning a start date and a standard duration.
As a result of the process, the project plan is structured and scheduled.

How to structure and schedule project plans
1. Go to CRM and marketing and then click Sales opportunities / Complaints / Marketing campaigns under CRM.
2. Review the list of documents, and open the relevant one.
3. In the document, click Project tasks at the top, select the parent item, then click Create.
4. In the Project activity document, in the Description field, specify the working name.
5. In the Project field, check the reference document.
6. Assign the Supervisor and the Assignee users for the activity.
7. In the Goals field, specify the goals and resources to perform the activity.
8. Specify the Planned start date and the Planned duration in days.
9. Set the Planned state in the document, and click Save.
10. Create other project activities to organize its structure.
