Overview
In B2B and many other business models, companies provide or receive returnable packaging as part of the goods transportation service.
In this case, the sales and purchase orders must specify the conditions for the return of the packaging, including a return period.
The item data of such returnable packaging materials, as well as quantity, are determined in the orders.
If an advance payment is required as a deposit, the cost of packaging materials is determined additionally.
As a result of the process, packaging and return conditions are defined on orders.
