Overview

In this process, the contract fulfillment is monitored. The process starts after you approve the terms of sales and identify and resolve all the related issues. The main goal of this process is to make sure that the obligations under the contract are fulfilled.

How to monitor order receipt

1. Go to Sales and then click Contracts with customers under Sales master data.

2. Select a contract and double-click it to open.

3. Go to the Documents tab.

4. Review the list of documents.

5. Find a Sales order.

Simple approach

1. Go to Sales and then click Special terms of sales under Sales master data.

2. Click Reports → Fulfillment of regular conditions to open the context report.

In the Fulfillment of regular conditions report:

1. Set the necessary filters and generate the report.

2. Review the report and identify any deviations in the amount by the period.

How to monitor contract validity dates

1. Go to Sales and then click Contracts with customers under Sales master data.

2. In the Validity period field, set a filter.

3. Review the list of Contracts.

4. Find expiring contracts.

5. Go to Sales and then click Special terms of sales under Sales master data.

6. In the Validity period field, set a filter.

7. Review the list of Special terms of sales.

How to monitor and assess updates from customers

1. Go to Sales and then click Customers under Sales master data.

2. Select a line and double-click it.

3. In the Partner document, go to the Interactions tab.

4. Review all the interactions. Find interactions related to the updates in the Contract, Terms of sales, Customer, and Counterparty profiles.

5. Assess the affect of the interactions, qualify the request, and identify a person responsible for maintaining the catalog.

3. In the Duty field, specify a working name.

4. Assign the task to a responsible user within the database.
