Once you create a marketing activity plan, 1C:ERP WE starts to initialize it and coordinate the project tasks.

Depending on the nature of the marketing activity, tasks and requirements for purchasing services and materials may change. In this case, special prices are applied.

This business process initiates, executes, and monitors tasks within a marketing activity.

As a result of the process, all project tasks according to the marketing activity plan are completed.

How to start marketing activities

1. Go to CRM and Marketing and click Marketing campaigns under Marketing activities and projects.

2. Open the Marketing activity document and go to the Main tab.

3. Fill in the Actual start date field.

How to find upcoming project tasks

1. Go to CRM and Marketing Settings and catalogs and click Project tasks.

2. Click More action → Change form... and add the Project field to the table.

3. Click More action → Configure list and apply filters to Planned start date or other fields.

4. Review the list of Project tasks and open the one related to the Marketing activity.

5. Review the activity Goals.

How to set special prices for marketing activities

1. Open the Marketing activity document and go to the Price change history tab.

2. Click Create.

3. Set prices.

How to start project tasks

1. Go to CRM and Marketing Settings and catalogs and click Project tasks

2. Open the Project tasks document.

3. Update Assignee.

4. Specify Actual start date.

5. Change the status to In progress.

6. Specify the Progress percentage.

How to submit project task completion

1. Go to CRM and Marketing Settings and catalogs and click Project tasks

2. Open the Project tasks document.

3. Specify the achievements in the Results field.

4. Specify the actual End date.

5. Change the status to Completed.

6. In Progress percentage, enter 100%.

7. Drill down to the relevant Marketing campaign document.

8. Attach files created as a result of the task.

How to confirm project task completion

1. Go to CRM and Marketing Settings and catalogs and click Project tasks

2. Open the Project tasks document.

3. Change the status to Verified.

4. Select the Closed checkbox.

5. Optional: In the Results field, provide a comment.

How to suspend project task

1. Go to CRM and Marketing Settings and catalogs and click Project tasks

2. Open the Project tasks document.

3. Change the status to Suspended.

4. In the Results field, enter a suspension reason.
