Overview

Once goods are picked up from the customer, the company registers it in the system.

Data on goods received at the warehouse is received from the warehouse management system if this system is used for such operations.

Otherwise, data on the recount of goods is recorded outside the system manually and then entered into the system.

As a result of this process, goods are picked up from the customer.

From workplace

1. Go to Sales and then click Process goods returns under Sales management.

2. Set a Company and a Warehouse.

3. Select Pending creation in the Sales adjustments filter.

4. Review the list of references.

5. Select the line and click Register by goods receipt to copy data from warehouse management.

Note

You can also select the line and click Register by orders to copy data from the order.

From list

1. Go to Sales and then click Sales documents (all) under Sales management.

2. Click the Create → Consignment pick-up / VMI pick-up.

How to fill header data

1. In the Uninvoiced receipt document, click the Main tab.

2. Select the VMI pick-up / Consignment pick-up / Return from external subcontracting company in the Business transaction field.

3. Select the Consignee / Customer / Subcontractor, Company, Counterparty, Contract, Terms of sales, and Warehouse.

4. Click the More tab.

5. Enter a Reference number and a Date according to the original document.

6. Select the Incoming document name and enter the Date of receipt.

7. Fill other required fields.

How to fill line item data

1. Click the Goods tab.

2. Review the lines filled automatically.

Note

If you create the document from scratch:

1. Click one of the Select ... commands.

2. Select the Selected quantity checkbox and fill it or click Fill → Refill by receiving.

3. Make the necessary changes in data.
